We are looking for an ML Engineer with 4-5 years of experience to join and impact our engineering team. This is a fully remote position. You will become a part of the growing force of US-based AI customer engagement companies assisting their clients with having the best customer support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong programming skills, preferably Python

• Apply appropriate practices to design, prototype, and build machine learning systems
• To contribute to the production of machine learning models and machine learning operations
• To make sure technical matters are clear for non-technical, executive decision-makers
• Extend capabilities by working closely with senior team members/experts both within and outside of the internal organization

Your Job Qualifications

• 4- 5+ years of full-time hands-on software engineering experience
• Strong programming skills, preferably python
• Experience with Cloud ML platforms and MLOps frameworks in production
• environments, AWS SageMaker
• Both front and backend technical experience with cognitive business applications
• Solid experience with different supervised and unsupervised machine-learning techniques, especially in one of the following areas: natural language processing, text analytics, ontology engineering, or speech recognition
• Broad understanding and intuition regarding how people will want to use a product, service, or solution that solves a real-world business problem

Educational Background
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence
