We are looking for a Data Engineer with 5 years of experience to join and impact our engineering team. This is a fully remote position. You will become a part of the growing force of US-based AI customer engagement companies assisting their clients with having the best customer support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture,
• Collect large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes,
• Optimize data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
• Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable impact on customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
• Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
• Keep our data separated and secure across geographies through multiple data centers.
• Make data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader.
• Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems.
• Design and build ETL/ELT pipelines

Your Job Qualifications

• Experience in working on building a product where ML and AI are integral components of the solution.
• Good knowledge of data architecture and database schema.
• Experience working with different data sources to create reports that visually present business metrics that can be easily understood and interpreted.
• Ability to design, implement & manage transactional databases.
• Experience with designing, and implementing the right data integration framework, data security & data governance
• Well-versed with multiple flavors of Database like RDBMS, NoSQL (required), Graph
• Experience in one of the major clouds like AWS, and Azure along with data orchestration, data management, and data governance.

• Experience with data modeling, experience with ETL

Educational Background
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, or related fields, Master's preferred
